What are the additional costs if I want to extend my stay?
If you want to extend your stay, please contact the front desk.
- 1,000 yen per hour until 2:00 P.M.
- Full accommodation fee will be charged after 2:00 P.M.
* Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation on the day.
When do cancellation fees apply?
We will charge you the following cancellation fees based on your notification to us.

Can I leave my luggage before checking in or after checking out?
Check-in starts at 3:00 P.M. but we can keep your luggage at any time.
We can also keep your luggage at reception after you have checked out.
Can I change foreign currency into Japanese yen?
Currency exchange is not available.
Please use nearby banks or cash machines.
